Our commitment
TradiixxPay complies with applicable Nigerian anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorism-financing (CFT) and know-your-customer (KYC) laws, including the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act and CBN guidelines for payment service providers.
Customer identification
- Verified email address and Nigerian phone number at signup.
- Full name captured on the profile.
- Additional identity verification may be requested for higher wallet limits.
Monitoring & controls
- Automated transaction monitoring for unusual patterns.
- Wallet-only funding — no anonymous cash top-ups.
- Restrictions on suspicious accounts pending review.
Reporting
Where required by law, we report suspicious activity to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) and cooperate with regulators and law-enforcement bodies.
Record keeping
Customer records and transaction data are retained for the periods required by applicable law and destroyed securely thereafter.
